Accounting Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Large-scale automotive transportation experience
- Provide on-time transportation for automotive industry managing profit margins and dedicated fleet
- Total business account management, P&L, Customer, Safety, HR and Quality responsibility
- Deep working knowledge of the P&L, including managing month-end close
- Process and ensuring financial controls are in place
- Strong customer relation’s manager, proven record working with demanding customer
- Strong leadership skills for large staff
- Must be team oriented
- Must be able to develop direct reports/ team members
- Working knowledge of business development as it relates to expansion of existing customer and Tier I customers in the region
- Effective communications skills at all levels, drivers to executives
- Strong problem solving skills
- Focus on Kaizen (continuous improvement)
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
