Job Description:
EXPANDING & REPUTABLE Company located in a developing area has an immediate need for a dedicated, skilled and analytical Accounts Payable Professional. Core responsibilities will be to parter with the Accounting Manager of this prominent key player to accurately process accounts payables by matching, batching and coding invoices on a daily basis with proper approvals with verification of purchase orders including received receipts, research discrepancies in preparation of weekly check requests and check runs for invoices. In addition, processing and verifying proper approval for weekly checks, and issue manual checks. General duties include filing invoices for non-paid and paid invoices, answering multi line phone systems, and other duties as assigned. Actively interviewing!
