Our client in the East Grand Rapids, Michigan (MI) area is searching for a Part Time Administrative / Accounting Specialist. Ideally this position will start 20 hours a week and grow into 35+ hours per week due to company growth! This position will become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties include answering phones for multiple; locations, routing voicemails and post mail; processing ingoing and outgoing mail including certified mailings; general administrative duties including filing; ordering office supplies; receive all incoming payments and post to appropriate accounts; enter accounts payable invoice information and match with appropriate receivers; reconcile company credit card transactions; general bookkeeping duties.
Administrative / Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be well organized, self motivated, and be able to interface with internal and external customers
- 2+ years office & bookkeeping experience
- Ability to work part time hours initially and grow into full time
