Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides advanced executive administrative support to multiple Buying Managers
Maintains calendars and daily schedules, arranges meetings, coordinates travel arrangements and screens and directs incoming phone calls
Interfaces with a large variety of internal and external contacts, at all levels, on issues which are complex and highly confidential in nature
Submits expenses for Buying Managers and research issues
Travel Arrangements - Research/Logistics; create itineraries; coordinate group travel as needed
Constantly maintains the calendar for each Buying manager and updates as needed
Prepare weekly reports
Requirements:
Must have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
Superior organizational and administrative skills are required
Must be confident in your ability to multi-task and maintain the strongest attention to detail in this high profile, professional environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team
Administrative experience in a corporate setting a plus
