Administrative Assistant Sr.

The Loss Prevention Division is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support.

The responsibilities will include:

Managing databases for work tracking, bill paying, and Quality Management.

Assisting in preparation of marketing presentations.

Assigning and monitoring work to subcontract companies and maintain database of work.

Assisting engineers with projects, as needed.
