As part of the Field Sales Operations team, you will:
-manage a territory which includes 150 retail accounts primarily consisting of mass channel and drug accounts
-develop and maintain strong working relationships with store management
-hire, train and supervise a staff of part-time merchandisers responsible for merchandising all American Greetings products within the assigned account space
-plan and conduct account calls to increase sales

4 year college degree
