You will be responsible for....

• Achieving corporate objectives by individual product line category within the assigned territory. Generating sales revenue and health applications to meet and exceed sales quotas.


• Achieving technical, competitive, and sales skill knowledge by attaining objectives set by the sales management team.


• Making calls and visiting to present the Company's Health & Benefit products to clients.


• Developing internal relationships to assist in increasing the client base.


• Developing a referral network to assist in increasing the client base.


• Growing Insurance Carrier relationships to enhance sales and service.


• Processing sales contracts in a professional manner and in accordance with Company guidelines.


• Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community.


Requirements:


High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business or a related field with 2-4 years relevant sales /marketing experience is required. Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience. Candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Candidate must possess a valid Life, Accident, and Health license.


Base $50K -$60K+ $8K a year expense acct + commission. 1st year $120-130K. Top earners are making $200
