Business Developer

Are you a business driver looking for an opportunity that offers the ability to make an immediate and direct impact on the organization's bottom-line?

Trillium CNG (Integrys Transportation Fuels), a subsidiary of Integrys Energy Group, is growing and looking for a customer-focused, results-driven, communicator passionate about gaining & retaining customers in a competitive selling environment.

As a Business Developer with Trillium CNG you will contribute directly to the growth of Trillium CNG's revenues, profits, and market share by taking responsibility for gaining and retaining customers in a competitive selling environment. As a Business Developer, your direct responsibility will be to create direct company-to-end-user relationships between Trillium CNG and mid to large sized fleets and targeted CNG station site hosts. You will go head to head with Trillium CNG competitors in competitively held accounts and create winning sales campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  


• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related field


• 
  


• 3+ years experience negotiating and managing multi-year commodity and/or asset-based leasing agreements


• 
  


• 3+ years experience with asset-based financial structuring and metrics with emphasis in sales and project development


• 
  


• 3+ years experience with direct business to business sales with total contract values in excess of $250,000 per transaction (preferably within the performance contracting, renewable energy assets, engineering, or HVAC disciplines)


• 
  


• 1+ years formal experience presenting to senior level executives and business owners


• 
  


• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license


• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  


• Experience with technical or asset-based sales


• 
  


• Experience with the Compressed Natural Gas industry


• 
  


• Experience with the fleet and trucking industry


• 
  


• Ability to leverage Network to include Trucking and Waste Industry
