OptumHealth is currently staffing for a Care Advocacy Manager in the Houston, TX area. Candidates for this position will have excellent communication skills as well as a history of successful management experience. Candidates will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to lead their team through change and expectations in a positive, confident manner.


Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:

-Masters level degree in behavioral health field or RN license

-Independently licensed in Texas (active and unrestricted)

-Minimum of 3 years of management experience

-Intermediate computer proficiency- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet


Preferred Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years in managed care

-Previous experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment

-Cross functional team experience

-Strong communications abilities

-Prior experience interfacing with executive team members
