Responsibilities:
-Menu set-up
-developing web-site
-marketing facility
-selling events to new and old clients
-planning events from start to finish
-assist in decorating events and work with vendors
-managing snack shop
qualifications:
-must have minimun of 3 years of experience as a catering manager
-computer skills word and excel
-must be personable with good sales and communication skills
-must be flexible to work weekend and evening hours
