Leadership accountability and oversight for the planning, organization, supervision and coordination of operational and budgetary activities for the Clinical Documentation Improvement Department. Your duties shall include assessing, organization needs, developing and championing ideas from the ICD-10 assessment. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer for the hospital. Must be an RN Must have Bachelors degree Must have previous leadership experience Must previous coding/CDI experience Must have pediatric experience The ideal candidate has previous experience working with pediatric and ICU floors within a hospital setting as well as prior coding/cdi experience.
