The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commodity Professional to join our expanding Application Specialist Group in New York. The successful candidate will be part of a growing department with responsibilities including:

- Assisting the Americas sales force in furthering our reputation as the global market leader & meeting the high-level analytical demands of our customers either on a 1:1 basis or through presenting at seminars and conferences where appropriate.

- Liaising with both clients and product managers thus influencing the future direction of our product.

- Furthering the knowledge of our sales force through internal training and seminars.

- Helping our core terminal sales force sell and close the deal.

The role will involve a high level of autonomy and will require travel within the North American region.

Qualifications:

- Focus on Agriculture complex Physical and Futures markets.

- Substantial experience (7+ years) in the agriculture complex as a Trader, sales-person, Analyst or similar role.

- Knowledge of other asset classes is an advantage.

- Excellent communication & customer service skills required with strong, leverage able contacts within the industry.

- Ability to present to small and large groups internally and externally positioning market concepts and qualifying solutions to a varying client base.

- Strong & proven knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal.
