Summary: Provide the highest level of customer service through sales support and account management activities including, but not limited to these essential job duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sell merchandise and/or services; advise customers on merchandise price, features and/or benefits.
- Create "seamless customer service" by making every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in stock.
- Identify and communicate customer needs and address their questions or concerns.
- Assist individual customers in the ordering and, as needed schedule delivery of merchandise.
- Thoroughly understands and can explain the Installment Sale Agreement.
- Assists in executing sales programs including customer telemarketing.
- Assists in collection activities and processes as directed.
- Answers telephones and handles routine customer inquiries.
- Assist in the maintenance and daily update of customer files, including contact information, sales activities and inquiries.
- Performs general floor maintenance and housekeeping; monitors and maintains the condition and safekeeping of merchandise.
- Performs duties to meet established job standards.
- Performs other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager and Store Manager
Qualifications
Qualification Requirements: Must pass entry level tests including drug screen and background check. The incumbent must have a working knowledge of state credit laws. Must have a valid state driver's license and a good driving record in order to be covered under the Company's insurance.
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent
Skills & Abilities: Good communication and customer service skills.
