We are looking to fill a Development and Training Associate in our Georgia Counseling Office.

The Development and Training Associate is a technical and practical resource for our Georgia financial counseling teams, who helps contribute to the growth and development of the staff while assisting with, and monitoring Quality programs and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical resource for Financial Planners and Account Managers. Collaborate with management and Chief Development and Training Officer to develop new training materials and counseling tools.


• Conduct and coordinate new associate and on-going technical training programs.


• Interview potential Analyst candidates and provide input on performance appraisals and career path discussions as well as assisting in managing associate relations issues.


• Support Senior Vice President and Director of Staffing and Operations in managing the office, in particular the Financial Planner group.


• Assist with Quality program, including conducting file reviews and monitoring the Client ServiceMeasurements according to company guidelines and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree or designation such as a JD, MBA or CFP. FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 are also required.


• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to teach others in an effective and efficient manner.


• Possess strong leadership and management potential.


• A history of adherence to quality and compliance procedures and a high level of integrity and business ethic.
