Established and expanding Real Estate Investment Firm located in Rancho Cucamonga, seeks an experienced Acquisition/Researcher who has a minimum of 1-2 years experience with the MLS . Must be an aggressive person, extremely organized, persistent, moldable, strong analytical skills, and great communication skills.
Our firm has quietly and steadily been growing and now is your opportunity to become part of this winning team. This position is extremely fast paced with very high volume, we require 10 hours a day Monday-Friday.
Job Duties include: Researching the MLS and running comparables.
A real estate license is not required to apply for this position.
