Financial Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Be part of a dynamic team to play an instrumental role in the continued strong growth of the finance division by providing world class customer service in the marketing, origination and servicing of premium finance loans to insured’s through insurance agents located throughout the country


• Be part of an ever-broadening group of companies under the Kaufman Financial Group and realize a unique professional experience, which covers all aspects of the specialty insurance industry


• Deliver timely, world class, customer service to our clients


• Underwrite and originate premium finance loans following up on exceptions and documentation shortfalls as necessary


• Drive the growth of the loan portfolio by utilizing unique finance solutions to increase loan retention rates and generate new loan growth working with over 30,000 insurance agents and brokers throughout the country


• Service the loan portfolio including processing customer payments, dispute resolution, maintenance and account analysis as required


• Market and represent Royal Premium at trade shows, conferences and agent marketing visits throughout the country


• Perform both the loan processing functions as well as the customer service focused marketing function operating independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


• Customer service experience preferred


• Ability to travel
