HRIS Operations Analyst (Contract)

The Role:

Bloomberg is offering exciting opportunities in our Human Resources Information Systems department for dynamic, results-oriented individuals with superior problem solving, customer service, communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills. The person in this role will collaborate and partner with the worldwide HR teams to provide exceptional customer service to our employees. The candidate will have the opportunity to partner with Professional Development staff and business decision makers to execute tactical business transactions using PeopleSoft HCM functionality and other internal systems. The successful applicant will be responsible for daily operations support to end users, working on streamlining and improving current processes, processing organizational and employee changes with a high level of accuracy, maintaining employee metrics data, and participating in human resources related special projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree - A minimum of 2 years experience as Human Resources or administrative generalist - Ability to understand and analyze business decisions to determine organizational and system impact at a transaction level - Experience using PeopleSoft HCM and/or other Human Resources ERP system - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects - Strong customer service orientation
