Integrated Account Manager



360i is looking for an Account Manager to take an exciting role working on integrated marketing campaigns for several Canon brands. This role will manage the implementation of integrated marketing strategies across TV, digital, experiential, out of home, print and below the line for Canon. The role requires a proactive, energetic person who can make strong team bonds and manage various projects at the same time. Someone who is hungry and excited about the idea of really getting a lot of hands on experience and exposure.

Here's a great opportunity to work on one of the premiere clients for 360i's NY office. 360i will provide an opportunity to learn best-in-class digital, social and mobile through its 360iU center for education while also working with a truly integrated, cross-functional team. We need someone who has a passion for innovation and delivering broad-based marketing solutions. And someone who has a supreme project management orientation that can engender trust and confidence across different teams and client groups.


This role will have significant client exposure and will partner with agency teams from insights, strategy, creative, influencer marketing, analytics and media.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2 years Agency experience working on fully integrated campaigns across multiple brands/products

* Have excellent project management skills and shares information proactively and efficiently internally and among client teams

* Have flawless execution and strong attention to detail in all aspects of business

* Mine data, provides insights and offers recommendations (to Sr. AM/Director) on business-oriented challenges/opportunities

* Ability to think critically (conceptualizing, analyzing/applying/evaluating, to guide accurate, clear and sound recommendations/actions) and exhibits active listening skills

* Proactively recognize opportunities and demonstrates intellectual curiosity and creativity in generating business ideas with AAD/Director

* Exhibit passion for the work and your team; motivated and motivational; stand up for team and ideas

* Actively listen to clients and be able to communicate client needs/wants to the full team; trustworthy

* Be nimble and hands-on - able to keep things moving and think smartly, quickly; and demonstrates and "all hands on deck" approach

* Be solutions-oriented - focused on recommending solutions, rather than simply raising red flags

* Oversee work across multiple departments and ensure high quality deliverables.

* Be curious - someone who thinks beyond the ask to the big picture.

* Have the ability to reviews and analyze reports, helping pull together and tell compelling stories to the client

* Share and collaborate learning and goings on with cross departmental teams

* Have experience managing fully integrated campaigns - have worked on experiential programs is preferred

* Have experience managing multiple, detailed, cross department timelines

* Have experience and understanding of media/display - reviewing briefs, reviewing proposals, reviewing reports

* Have experience coordinating with clients and vendors

* Have experience working on multiple brands/projects at the same time

* Have a valid driver's license

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
