INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECT (New York, NY)
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is currently working with one of New York City's leaders in high-end residential and cultural architectural design. Currently there is an immediate opening for an Intermediate Architect with 4-to-6 years' relevant experience.
Successful candidate will possess 4-to-6 years' experience with conceptual design, design development and work on high-end custom residential projects as well as cultural facilities. Intermediate Architect will work as part of a team providing architectural efforts in the design, selection, coordination and detail of architectural material. Strong creative design portfolio is required, as are strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects. High level proficiency with AutoCAD required, Revit/BIM strongly desired. Bachelor of Architecture required. Tracking toward licensure desired.
SALARY: $60,000 +/-
