What will I be doing?
As a Deli Clerk, you would be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage items, according to standard recipes, with attention to guest comfort and satisfaction. Assure our guests receive the highest standards of quality across beverage, food and service. Prepare, maintain and cleanup work station. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in the designated bar area while following drink recipes standards. Prepare and serves food according to recipes standards. Manage payment transactions. Inventories retail items on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
