Trillium CNG an Integrys Transportation Fuels brand provides innovative, cost-effective solutions for fueling CNG Compressed Natural Gas fleets and vehicles.

Trillium CNG an Integrys Transportation Fuels brand is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to be responsible for the efficient coordination, scheduling and supervision of field service staff performing station maintenance and operations of CNG fueling stations in our Mid/Central US region. This position requires regular involvement with CNG stations which are geographically dispersed. The work will require regular overnight travel and work on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• 
  


• Responsible for the coordination and setup of new service regions which includes hiring Field Service Managers, Mechanics, and Technicians, finding new contractors, and coordination of all O&M activity. Accountable for the selection, evaluation, and performance of third party contractors. Accountable for day-to-day safety, performance, and activities of stations including third party contractor crews and service providers.

• Coach, lead, and counsel Field Service Managers to ensure field personnel perform equipment repairs and maintenance. Prioritizes work schedules and goals according to standards and expectations. Responsible for employee development of all field personnel

• Evaluate procedures to ensure safety, training, best work practices, and standards are continually improved to maximize efficiencies. Review the operation of site equipment to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend solutions in a timely manner when field problems arise due to equipment failures or unanticipated operating conditions

• Ensure completion of work according to budget requirements and contracts. Document and communicate work results ensuring customers are able to fuel their vehicles by managing the maintenance and service of CNG stations. Primary contact with customers regarding technical issues

Position Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  


• 3+ years experience with CNG station operations (or similar industry experience) including construction management and service and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems


• 
  


• 3+ years experience coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously


• 
  


• 3+ years experience interpreting shop diagrams and drawings for manufactured documentation


• 
  


• 3+ years experience using computer skills and applications; basic proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook


• 
  


• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license


•
