*THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION*
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
A typical day for an Outside Sales Representatives includes:
• Territory/production analysis build to 25 to 50 dealerships managed (top reps can add UNLIMITED dealerships)
• Visit or contact by phone an average of 10 to 15 dealerships daily; visits 5 days per week
o Signing new dealerships, growing relationships with the dealers and staff to introduce new services offered by BlueStar Marketing Group.
o Reviewing dealership sales.
o Acting as a consultant/partner to the dealer to increase sales.
• Building and maintaining dealer relationships and following up frequently.
You will receive top notch training available to you daily and or weekly. we are committed to your success.
