Primary Responsibilities
- Educate retailers about league and key SUM properties, our licensees, and their products.
- Create, present, and execute retail promotions to assist in the sell-in of league and key SUM property licensed products and improve the sell thru of these products to customers.
- Manage retail promotions inclusive of budget, program development, execution and recapping. Track ROI for all spends, demonstrating opportunity, costs, timing.
- On-going sales analysis for assigned accounts including: bookings by licensee, STD shipped and open reporting and sell thru information. Identify in-season opportunities to drive incremental sales.
- Work with Vice President, Retail Development to create strategic plans to grow the business in short and long term.
- Assist in the management of Event Retail (Super Draft, March To Soccer, All-Star, Playoff/Cup, SUM initiatives)
- Identify new potential retail partners and develop plan to present properties.
- Manage database of retailers.
- Disseminate all appropriate information to target retailers.
- Develop quarterly newsletter in conjunction with Licensing Coordinator.
- Work with teams to develop local marketing promotions with retailers to inspire expanded placement and stimulate sales.
- Work with Consumer Products Marketing personnel to develop promotional support of consumer products business and e-commerce.
- Key liaison for concessionaires –track merchandise per caps at games.
- Handle logistics with management company for retailer conference and concessionaire meeting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational skills
Previous licensing, marketing support and sales experience
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of retail math and analytics
Able to manage yourself and be self-motivated
Spanish (written and verbal) a plus
Soccer knowledge is preferred
