PROJECT ARCHITECT (RETAIL DESIGN)
Job Description:
Project Architect (retail design) will be part of a multidisciplinary team, managing and coordinating consultant work on a variety of high-end retail project types.
Responsibilities:
• Key role in coordinating delivery of new high-end retail projects including:
• Produce construction drawings, design drawings, approvals, leasing exhibits, bid documents
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting and construction administration
• Review drawings and contracts to coordinate scope items in tenant work letters, design drawings
Requirements
• Strong Interest in creating and transforming high-end retail spaces into high-quality, sustainable environments
• Strong understanding of retail project management process.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with diverse levels and working styles throughout the company.
• Clear and concise written, verbal and graphic presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor of Architecture Degree
• LEED Accreditation Preferred
• Minimum 4-to-6 years of experience in commercial retail architecture
Salary: $60,000
