Project Manager - Oracle Applications

The Project Manager will lead a project team in the maintenance and support of Oracle applications or set of applications using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract; this includes the application services aspects of Service Delivery & Management.

Responsibilities include:

Performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.

Managing all project resources, including subcontractors.

Establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client.

Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the client.

Assumes additional responsibilities as required.


This is a full-time long term supplemental opportunity with IBM Global Business Services is located in Atlanta GA.


Candidates must currently reside in the U.S. and have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Required



  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma

  • At least 5 years experience in Project Management

  • English: Basic knowledge


Preferred



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 8 years experience in Project Management

  • At least 8 years experience in managing 3rd party vendors and partnering with client technical and executive staff

  • At least 8 years experience in responsibility with building project plans and schedules, managing issues and risks, developing and delivering executive level status

  • At least 8 years experience in managing a dynamic environment and managing expectations with multiple stakeholders.

  • At least 8 years experience in Oracle financial implementations and/or previous Macys experience is preferred.

  • English : Intermediate
