Receptionist

1. Input data from time sheets, production records, and individual time cards to computerized payroll system.


2. Handled basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, filing, and faxing.


3. Liaise directly with line managers regarding their employee timecards.


4. To assist the payroll clerks in running the payroll for weekly temporary staff and to ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with defined criteria.


5. To ensure that all service level agreements are maintained or exceeded to ensure a consistently high level of service to both internal and external clients.


6. Other assignments related to admin activities.

7.Filling documents as per the requirement of the office managers or updating files and registers related to attendance and work of the staff.


8. Data entry and loading other necessary information into the software programs.


9. Making copies of the documents, as assigned by the office managers and also according to the needs of the office.


10. Answering and receiving phone calls.


11. Sending faxes in matters related to the office jobs and related works.


12. Works of daily errands, that include handling communications with post office, bank, etc and providing stationery, staples etc.

13. Monitoring the order supplies related to the office.

14. Distributing the incoming mails to the respective staff.


15. Maintaining and organizing the paper and electronic documents. Storing them properly for future reference. Read more on organizational skills at work .


16. Keeping the list of employee communication and contacts updated.


17. Assisting the concerned authorities in matters related to preparation of annual reports, files, weekly reports and annual magazines.


• Solid understanding of and experience with ADP Payroll System.


• High School Diploma required.


• Good numerical skills.


• Good attention to detail.


• Excellent IT and communication skills.


• A willingness to learn and develop.


• Flexible attitude.


• Ability to cope under pressure.


BILINGUAL A MUST

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
