A Kforce client is seeking a Sales Administrator - Metadata in Beverly Hills, California (CA). This position reports to the Vice President. Responsibilities including providing product avails for transactional EST/VOD for clients in over fifty markets and managing delivery of materials, both video and metadata, and troubleshooting any client issues.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Fulfill contract extensions and ensure that necessary notifications are delivered to the clients (including holdback requirements, advertising restrictions, etc)
- Communicate Feature Film and Television availability notices, for domestic and international VOD/EST clients
- Window content to provide content avails for SVOD features and TV
- Determine and notify clients of initial wholesale prices as well as any price reductions and promotions
- Provide metadata, including art to licensees
- Work with Enterprise Operations to coordinate availability of alternate versions and languages
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in a sales administration or windowing position. In addition, you will be a strategic individual who is motivated, tactful and able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships on a worldwide basis.
Candidates must also possess the following skills:
- Must be able to take direction and work well with others
- Remarkable problem solving and customer service skills
- Highly organized, extremely detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications - particularly advanced Excel
- Photoshop experience is appreciated but not required
- Experience with contract management systems and databases
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with priority demands
- Familiarity with digital film and television download services (iTunes, Xbox, etc)
