About the Opportunity
Epsilon is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for leading client engagements to deliver small-medium and large scale digital marketing solutions. The Senior BSA will serve as primary liaison between Client, Account Management and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
The Senior BSA should have experience in translating client's marketing business rules into functional/business specifications; creating test plans; developing quality assurance methodologies; leading the client in user acceptance testing; and identifying, managing, escalating and mitigating risks for a timely project delivery.
The Senior BSA will be responsible for:
- Collecting and maintaining project documentation
- Leading inginternal and client-facing meetings
- Summarizing technical design to a non-technical audience
- Providing direction to the delivery team; and ensuring delivery best practices for marketing processes and operational efficiency.
This position requires an individual who can effectively multitask, learn the business (marketing programs, tactics and business rules) quickly and be proactive with the client and internal business partners driving toward decision/resolution on open items and ability to thrive in a fast pace continually changing environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a technical delivery environment
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly.
- Abilitility to pick up technology and articulate technology in technical and business terms
- Knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing, email and/or digital marketing processes and/or
relational database driven marketing program preferred
- Campaign tool knowledge preferred
- Able to work independently in a hands-on role that requires a proactive team player with the
ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects
simultaneously
- Analytical ability and enjoys solving customer requirements
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of customer service from internal and external clients
- Ability to create technical documentation (including Visio documentation of overall business solution)
- Strong relationship building skills (desired)
- Has experience and understands cycles related to SDLC
- Understanding of Project Management principles
- Knowledge of DREAM or DREAM Mail desirable but not required
