Job Duties:
Work under the direction of the Executive Chef of a high-volume, fine dining establishment
Tracking and maintaining food inventory
Follow a set menu where all food is scratch-made daily
Assist in leading, coaching, and training line cooks
Use excellent safety and sanitation methods
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as an Sous Chef in a corporate setting
Some experience with P&L reports and corporate structuring
Ability to supervise kitchen staff (49+)
Experience in preparing fresh, made-from-scratch menu items
Experience with inventory, ordering and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Passion for service and uncompromising desire to serve the highest quality food
