• Focus on sales efforts and maximizing CSE clients' brand awareness in the marketplace


• Responsible for identifying, negotiating, securing and executing marketing campaigns, brand endorsements, corporate partnerships, media tours, speaking engagements, appearances, autograph signings, trade outs, and other incremental revenue generating opportunities for all Client Representation clients - broadcasters/new media personalities, professional and college coaches, and professional athletes


• Follow and execute specific branding plans put in place by the Director of Marketing


• Create clear and effective written sales marketing presentations/proposals for client partnership opportunities


• Develop and maintain productive relationships with CSE clients to ensure premier service and provide client-focused solutions


• Prepare marketing/branding plans for prospective clients


• Cultivate relationships with the marketing staff of clients' employers (i.e. networks, teams, etc.)


• Establish effective long-term relationships with Fortune 500 corporate brands, marketing/advertising agencies, and other key business entities for client partnership opportunities on national, regional, and local levels




• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance business relationships with the top national Speakers Bureaus for client opportunities


• Work closely with internal Corporate Marketing division on client brand partnership and talent sourcing related opportunities


• Assist with the strategic development of interactive digital marketing and social media plans for clients


• Work closely with internal legal division on the drafting, reviewing, and completion of client contracts


• Research and identify potential areas of organic growth for the Client Representation marketing division

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related brand/sales marketing, sports marketing/endorsement, client relations experience


• Approximately 25% travel is required


• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while delivering with great attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills and relationship oriented
