Position Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated, team player with a thorough understanding of the processes as a 2nd shift Outbound Storekeeper/Trainer*. Candidate is required to be both knowledgeable and proficient in all processes within the department.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Train newly hired, temporary, and cross training employees, in proper Warehouse techniques as detailed in DWIs.

• Understand and train employees of floor layout (6S).

• Be knowledgeable, practice, and train employees of required safety rules and guidelines.

• Be capable of properly recording labor.

• Have an understanding and communicate company metrics.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 year of general work experience.

• Prior warehouses experience preferred.

• Be knowledgeable and proficient in all processes within respective department.

• Thorough understanding of wave building, release and completion.
