This position is Full Time and the work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the following responsibilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of multi-line phone systems and voicemail
Greet clients and respond to a variety of inquiries with a pleasant greeting and professionalism
Take accurate, concise messages
Relays messages or routes calls in a timely manner
Maintains a detailed phone log
Maintains office meeting calendar and conference room calendars
Receives and processes overnight shipments
Provides general administrative support to staff and executives when necessary
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years experience in answering multi-line phone system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Ability to grow and adapt with changes within the position, as well as the organization
Polished, professional appearance
Ability to interact with all levels of staff
HS Diploma or equivalent
