AIX Engineer

My client, a global 100 institution in Downtown Houston, is looking to hire an AIX System Engineers on a contract-to-hire basis.

The work schedule will be:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7am to 8pm and Monday from 7am to 11am Essentially you have a 3 1/2 day work week and are off the rest

You will be working in an environment which is the largest UNIX footprint in the world with over 13000 AIX, Linux and Solaris servers supporting over 3500 applications.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

VIO

AIX Clustering with GPFS or PVIOs

MDM

Secure FTPs

HMC

There is a significant shift differential given upon conversion.
