Provides a wide variety of logistics program management support to the various clients/customers including the Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center, Port Hueneme, CA. Provides technical guidance and skills in support of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) documentation and Allowance Parts List development for various systems and equipment. Prepares documentation in accordance with Navy standards and requirements specifications. Gathers, analyzes, edits, and prepares RCM documentation. Conducts research and ensures use of proper technical terminology and documentation standards. Reviews and evaluates logistics plans and technical evaluation. Interfaces with customer and other designated Government and non-Government agencies. Attends program reviews, technical meetings, and briefings as required. Serves as primary customer contact. Accompany Government customer on travel as required.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field is desired. Certification in Reliability Centered Maintenance Development may be considered as equivalent of a degree. Other (E.G., Oral/Written Communication Skills, Client Interface, Travel, Supervisory Experience) PC compatible experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point) is required. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
