Description
Summary Identifies and Greets patients, escorts patient to exam room, identifies purpose of visit, prepares patient for exam by weighing patient, taking vital signs, and obtaining other appropriate data. Assists providers and nurses with minor medical procedures.

Education and/or Experience
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Certification of completion of medical assistant program.
Phlebotomy and radiology experience a plus.
2 years of experience, preferably in Urgent Care or Family Practice.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of EMR DocuTAp, Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.
