The Business Analyst provides support, analysis and description of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with different personality types and with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

The Business Analyst role requires:

Ability to facilitate meetings that results in efficient gathering of requirements.

Independence and willing to dive in, research, and learn on own initiative

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and functional areas simultaneously with little oversight and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical skills and focus on quality

Ability to learn and keep up with mobile banking trends and best practices

Online Banking experience that has money movement / payments / transfers

This full-time opportunity with IBM Global Business Services is located in Atlanta GA.

Candidates must have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship.
