Conifer Health Solutions is always looking to hire talented people with Business Process experience. We continually have the following need: Lean Six Sigma experienced candidates, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt qualified candidates.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading project meetings with the business/user community in gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into automated solutions, to include workflow technical design and implementation. The candidate will participate in project team meetings and create detailed technical implementation plans with the assistance of senior team members and management, serving as the technical liaison with the software programming team as applicable. Responsible for implementing workflow solutions and project monitoring, to include ongoing workflow maintenance.
*The Process Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is responsible for development and execution of the Lean Six Sigma strategy for the Revenue Cycle organization within Conifer. The focus will be to define and lead strategic implementation of project roadmap delivering significant cost and quality improvements within LOBs supported. In this role you will be responsible defining and executing the roadmap delivering quantified business impact. You will also lead change within the organization, and contribute to the overall Revenue Cycle Business strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or health administration and/or HFMA-Patient Accounts or Hospital Accounting Certification. MBA/CPA preferred. Understanding of business service functions including billing, collections, insurance, and appeals. Experience in operating a department including P&L responsibility. Knowledge of Patient Accounting Systems and Managed care Reimbursement.
