PSG Client Managers own current client relationships for their assigned accounts, and are responsible for driving the performance of our operations team to ensure each of our clients’ recruiting goals are met. Primary among a Client Manager’s responsibilities are building strong relationships with his or her client contacts, daily coordination with the PSG operations team and proactive problem-solving to resolve client issues before they arise.

Specific Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of new clients that are assigned to you
Keep abreast of client needs and changes through consistent, proactive communication
Communicate client needs to the operations team and ensure follow-through
Analyze performance of the team and devise strategies to ensure they are meeting or exceeding client expectations
Anticipate any issues that may impact clients and work with the operations team to minimize their adverse impact on clients
Grow accounts through high performance and value creation propositions
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
Five or more years account management experience
Superior communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze data sets to determine root cause of performance issues
Ability to quickly understand a client's business processes
Ability to build strong long term relationships with clients
