Job Description
The selected professional will cover the Customer Technical Support queue as assigned by the CTS Supervisor or Manager in order to do the following:
- Capture and characterize customer contact (Product Complaint, Product improvement, Inquiry, non-product complaint, etc.) in accordance with all relevant procedures
- Ensure that initial assessment of any potential health and safety issues are completed and clearly documented as part of the call capture
- Ensure appropriate level of follow up and clear documentation in the call record
- Request, as needed, the return of product in order to facilitate complaint investigation and/or in accordance to the product warrantee policy
- Provide technical support to customers or their HCP's with regard to use of the products and accessories
- Act as a resource for Tier 1 or Tier 2 representatives as needed
- Perform customer follow-up as requested
- Represent the CTS department at interdepartmental projects as assigned
- Ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
Required Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietician (RD) license
- 0-2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent documentation practices, written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows and have experience with use of various database applications
- Flexibility for various shifts $
Desired Skills
- CDE certification or medical device regulations experience
