If you are an EXPERin wheels, tires, and suspension for trucks and SUVs looking to get out of the shop and expand your role into a customer sales representative please read on!
We are the industry leader for aftermarket suspension solutions and continue to grow and expand! Our CSR will respond and advise customer contacts including; timely, customer-focused technical resolutions with retail consumers, Jobber/Installers, and/or wholesale distributors. You will conduct preliminary diagnoses of concerns, make determinations on warranty issues, and negotiate/troubleshoot detailed resolution, processing returns and making sales.
What you need for this position:
- (A MUST) Expert knowledge of wheels, tires, and suspension for trucks and SUVs
-Excellent customer service
-Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications
What you'll be doing:
-Handling inbound and outbound calls
-Resolving conflict directly with customers
-Selling suspension and leveling kits
-Providing expert knowledge and support
