Customer Service Representative

We are looking for 18-25 motivated people to start entry-level customer service. No experience necessary. A good positive attitude a must!

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS:

•Receives telephone calls from customers; refers calls to sale representative or provides customer with information they request

•Prepares quotations based on information provided by sales representative if/as required

•Generates material and vendor purchase orders

•Prepares work orders, and forwards to Dispatch

•Conducts research on billing discrepancies

•Generates customer data reports

•Obtains certificates of liability insurance from insurance carrier as required

•Mails marketing material

•Performs other duties assigned by Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Two or more years experience in customer relations field preferably with an environmental background

•Minimum education level having high school diploma

•Proficient in Microsoft Office software and data entry

•Self starter able to work with little or minimum supervision

•Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with customers, strong customer relations skills

•Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

•Ability to accommodate the styles of Sales Representative in customer follow-up and developing proposals

•Able to work as a team

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
