Now Hiring Dishwashers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Responsible for the overall general cleanliness of the kitchen and work space, which includes washing all dishes, sweeping, moping and trash handling. May be required to assist with food prep task, i.e. peeling potatoes, carrots, etc. We need people comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who are proactive and energetic, well organized and have a great attitude.
Primary Responsibilities
¿ Wash and rinse dishes, silverware, cups, glasses for the dining room
¿ Place clean, dry dishes utensils, and cooking equipment in storage area
¿ Wash utensils, pots, pans, grills, woks and heavy duty kitchen wear
¿ Change, sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
¿ Rinse and clean garbage cans
¿ Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly conditions
¿ Sweep, scrum and mop the floors
¿ Clean kitchen equipment, hoods, ovens fridges and dry storage areas
¿ Clean and empty dishwasher machine at the end of the shift
Qualifications
¿ Experience with washing dishes in a community kitchen environment
¿ 2 years experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry
¿ Must be honest, punctual, reliable, well-organized, energetic and have a clean appearance
¿ Must be able to work in a physically challenging, fast-paced environment
¿ Must speak English
Other Duties as Assigned
¿ Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other CDS Kitchen Manager and Head-Chefs
