Regional Operators will be responsible for 6-12 stores and will have stretch to grow as we expand into new markets. The Regional Operator is the driver of all store operations and makes strategic decisions to build the capabilities of the General Managers, while driving company initiatives to improve the business. S/he provides leadership, coaching, and direction to the stores to improve operations and maximize the long-term sales and profits for of each store. S/he drives execution with the GM's and holds them accountable for performance
Duties Include:
* Visiting the restaurants on a regular basis to assure that operations are running smoothly, working closely with each store´s General Manager.
* Providing coaching, counseling and development to the restaurant management team.
* Regularly checking individual unit financials – P&L, budget, Food and Labor Costs, etc.
* Ensuring that all restaurants operate at a high quality level with emphasis on guest service.
* Building bench strength
* Assisting in creating and participating in marketing and customer incentive programs
Requirements | •Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, with leading new store openings and managing multiple units in the restaurant industry |
