Responsibilities are as follows:
Maintains well and unit records for company-operated and non-operated properties
Updates master ownership decks for changes in ownership interests, including processing title curative documentation, probates and affidavits of heirship, and name and address changes
Communicates with working interest and royalty interest owners in response to division order inquiries concerning payment issues, verification of well interests and interest calculations
Coordinates with the Accounting department to ensure timely payment of revenues and proper suspense and release of revenue to owners.
Provides direct support to Senior Division Order Analyst and Business Unit team members
Must be accurate and detail-oriented to ensure the delivery of a high quality product
General understanding of title opinions, contracts, leases and other title curative documents
Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in Tobin Land Suite and SAP or similar software
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in Land and title
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- At least 5 years experience in Land and title
