Installs, configures, and supports the LAN/WAN. Develops and maintains all systems applications, security, and network configurations. Monitors and troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan. Monitors and supports all servers and server applications. Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users. Requires hands-on repair of PC’s and peripheral equipment when needed.

Other qualifications:
Must have a minimum of one to five years’ experience in a network environment.
