Job Description:
Field Case Managers needed for the assessments and coordination of medical care related to workers compensation injuries. Work closely with adjusters, medical providers, employers, and attorneys to ensure coordination of appropriate care to medically rehabilitate individuals injured on the job. Assist with return to work goals,makes recommendations,develop case management plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient' s progress. Evaluate patient's treatment plan and cost effective strategies for medical care. Attend physician/ hospital appointments.Requirements are a minimum of two years worker's compensation experience and active California RN license. Reliable transportation and local travel required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Extensive documentation is required.Must have superior computer skills. Excellent benefit package provided.
