Brinderson LP is looking for a Financial Analyst.
The Financial Analyst will perform financial planning and analysis duties that include management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of exceptional planning analysis of financial and accounting matters related to the Company’s annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and month-end reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Under general supervision performs financial procedures, prepares financial plans and reports on a periodic or ad hoc basis
- Performs financial analysis techniques including, but not limited to, variance analysis, statistical analysis, scenario analysis, financial and cash flow modeling, etc., to projects and decisions as requested by management
- Prepares and presents financial information in appropriate format to departmental management
- Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year accredited business/finance degree preferred, or equivalent business experience in an Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 0-5 years of related FP&A or equivalent business experience.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates basic leadership and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrates discretion and independent judgment.
- Ability to deliver timely and accurate information.
- Ability to interact and build rapport with peers and operational management.
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficient in Word and other PC applications.
- Critical thinker and problem solver
