POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for answering and directing telephone calls received at the main servicing center location. Acts as the company’s spokesperson when greeting vendors, investors, job applicants, and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to be Punctual and to have Corporate Reception open and operational by 7:30 a.m.
Must Have a Professional Appearance and Behavior at all Times.
Answer main phone line and direct callers to the appropriate destination.
Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
Maintain visitors log.
Prepare coffee each morning at first floor breakroom.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned
Maintain the employee telephone roster.
Prepare letters and documents as assigned
Receive and sign for mail and packages, ensuring they are given to Corporate Mail Services.
Organize meetings and schedule for the conference and training rooms.
Keep reception area neat and ready for visitors.
Ability to work on confidential projects and assignments.

Maintain professional image.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
Creative problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum one year reception or administrative experience.
