Front Desk Receptionist

POSITION SUMMARY:


Responsible for answering and directing telephone calls received at the main servicing center location.​ Acts as the company’s spokesperson when greeting vendors, investors, job applicants, and customers.​


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ability to be Punctual and to have Corporate Reception open and operational by 7:30 a.​m.​

Must Have a Professional Appearance and Behavior at all Times.​

Answer main phone line and direct callers to the appropriate destination.​

Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.​

Maintain visitors log.​

Prepare coffee each morning at first floor breakroom.​

Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned

Maintain the employee telephone roster.​

Prepare letters and documents as assigned

Receive and sign for mail and packages, ensuring they are given to Corporate Mail Services.​

Organize meetings and schedule for the conference and training rooms.​

Keep reception area neat and ready for visitors.​

Ability to work on confidential projects and assignments.​

Ability to interact successfully with both internal employees and external customers at all levels

Maintain professional image.​

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.​

Creative problem solving skills.​ Strong communication skills, verbal and written.​

Keep a positive, service-oriented mindset.​


EDUCATION AND/​OR EXPERIENCE:


High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.​

Minimum one year reception or administrative experience.​
