Performs Semi-Skilled duties of moderate difficulty in the installation, maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, or vehicles
Considerable knowledge of the techniques, methods, and practices of basic electrical systems, carpentry, and plumbing.High school diploma or equivalent is required. -Must have two years of experience in a hospital property maintenance environment. Must posess a valid Class "C" Georgia Driver's License.
