Human Resources Coordinator

Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Serve as the centralize point of contact for data entry for employee transactions as we migrate to a paperless environment Partner with the Benefits Analyst and other team members to provide troubleshooting support including researching and resolving issues and process flaws Support data flow from HRIS (ADP and Company ) to other internal systems Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of reports for ongoing internal audit needs (EEOC, Turnover, etc) Support HRIS upgrades, testing and other technical projects as assigned Support on-boarding process for new hires Ensure completion of legal and compliance documents from new employees Coordinates with partners for International employees Benefits invoicing reconciliation COBRA coordination with third party administrator Requirements: BA/BS; 0-2 years of Experience in a support role Must be flexible and able to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Customer service oriented Good judgment in resolving issues Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data and information Who We Are: Nimble has developed breakthrough architecture that combines flash memory with high-capacity disk to converge storage, backup, and disaster recovery for the first time.
